Product Information
WW2 German four pocket tunic made in Italian camouflage.
During the war the Germans used the Italian camouflage to make several pieces of clothing including jackets, trousers and one piece combi’s (coveralls).
The Germans used the Italian fabric but had the uniforms made in the German style, so these are not Italian army uniforms. The camouflage was used by the German troops mainly after 1943 when the Italian Army surrendered and the Germans disarmed any Italian soldier. The Italian camouflage was worn by units including the 1 SS Panzer Division Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler and the 12 SS Pz Div Hitlerjugend.
